Because your purchase is delivered to you instantly and electronically, this policy explains how delivery works, the support we provide, and the limited situations in which a refund may apply. We want every customer to feel taken care of, so please take a moment to read this, and know that our team is always here to help.
All of our products, including the pattern files, bonus guides, and educational materials, are digital downloads. Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you receive access through an email delivery link and secure digital download, including Google Drive access where applicable. Nothing physical is shipped. If you do not see your access within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, and contact us so we can resend it right away.
Unlike a physical item, a digital product cannot be returned once it has been delivered, because the files can be downloaded, saved, and kept. For this reason, once your access or download has been provided, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for cancellation or return. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital materials, delivered to you at the moment of sale.

Because the materials are downloadable and yours to keep, a change of mind, or a decision not to use the files after they have been accessed, does not on its own qualify for a refund. If something about your product is not what you expected, we genuinely encourage you to contact us first, as our team can often help you get more out of your purchase than you first realized.
Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. Any fees charged by your bank or card provider, differences caused by currency conversion, or short processing delays are determined by those institutions and are outside of our control. These amounts are not set or retained by us and are not grounds for a refund of your purchase.
